1. Purpose of the Platform
French Creative Academy is an online school offering educational content designed to help learners (levels A2 to B2) to:
- improve their written and spoken French,
- build linguistic confidence,
- practice French regularly in a creative and meaningful way.
These programs do not lead to an official diploma but are intended to support learners in developing a more fluid and personal use of the language.
2. Access to Content
Access to the platform is granted to users who have:
- purchased a paid program (monthly or yearly subscription, workshop, or club),
- or received access through a free offer or promotional campaign.
Access is personal and non-transferable. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
3. Registration Requirements
By registering, the user agrees to:
- provide a valid email address,
- follow respectful conduct within the community spaces,
- refrain from using the platform for commercial, illegal, or disruptive purposes.
4. Duration of Access
Access to programs may be:
- time-limited (as specified in the offer),
- or lifetime access, depending on the plan.
In the event of platform closure, downloadable content may be offered for a limited time.
5. Refund Policy
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital products provided immediately after purchase are non-refundable, except in specific cases (accidental duplicate order, payment error).
Refund requests will be reviewed individually and handled with fairness and care.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials (texts, videos, audio files, prompts, exercises, personal feedback) are the exclusive property of French Creative Academy and are protected under copyright law.
Users agree not to copy, share, or resell any content, and not to record or distribute live sessions without written permission.
7. Community Guidelines
Our discussion spaces (Facebook group, Circle, chat, live sessions) are safe, welcoming spaces for practice and mutual support.
Any offensive, disrespectful, commercial, or discriminatory behavior may result in immediate removal from the platform, without refund.
8. Limitations of Responsibility
The team is committed to providing high-quality, regularly updated content and a supportive learning experience.
However, we are not responsible for:
- technical issues related to your device or internet connection,
- lack of progress due to inactivity,
- misinterpretation or misuse of the provided content.
9. Data Privacy
Personal data (name, email, learning level, shared content) is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
It will never be sold or used for advertising.
You can request to edit or delete your data at any time.
